    i saw this video last week and i started drinking water and started walking. just walking i didnt run any marathons or anything and i lost 5 pounds!!
    i couldnt believe it was that easy. now im even more commited to it.

    for how long ? I’ve been doing 15-20 min of jump everyday, and hit he gym 3 times a week for an hr. I lost perhaps 15 pds in 1 month. how long have you been on the program before you see those kind of results??

    i have a question and its kind of weird to me i used to eat alot but i wasnt that fat or thin but now that i exercise i work on my abdominal area now i eat like i used to what affect does working out do to my stomach? 0_o i get full quick that i used 2

    Be VERY careful when following “a program”. Most ppl see results like this and are like “wow! If it worked for him, I can do it and lose weight too!” But the problem is everybody is different. We as a society have been programmed to accept all these diets on the market without being told how UNIQUE we actually are. What worked on this guy probably won’t work for me becuase I am a different height, weight, body type, etc. Getting a customized nutrition and exercise plan is KEY.

    disizdalife- I agree customized nutrition AND customized workouts based on your individual goals and body type is important…but not everyone can afford that. It’s very expensive. Plus, once you get a personalized nutrition and exercise plan, you have to do it again in a month or so because when your body plateaus, you have to switch things up. So the reason ppl experiment and hop around from program to program trying diff things is cuz its usually less expensive than your method.

I went through the fullyfunctionalfitness(dot)com program & totally transformed my body 4 WAY less $ than anywhere else. & it’s totally customized becuz me & my wife went thru it & we both got different meal plans & workouts every month. The guy is very personal in his coaching. Not 2 brag or anything, but I am pretty ripped now & can see my abls. Its been many years since I could do that lol. Anyway u CAN get it 4 a great price and its the only way 2 go.

    just checked out the site. looks pretty good! Do you have any before and after pics? Kind of a personal question I realize, but it kinda seems too good to be true. That’s a great price! Plus, how long were you on that program before you saw results?

    yes, I have before and after pics. It’s not personal lol! I’m damn proud of my pics!! I’ll message separately and send them to you.
    I started seeing and feeling results almost immediately (within the first week). I’ve already surpassed the goals I set for myself so I am staying on the program cuz I want to see how extreme I can get now! :)
